One.Automobile fuel system
Automobile fuel system is to supply timely engine under the condition of the required amount of the required am
ount of fuel tank, fuel pump, including petrol filter, gasoline, pressure regulator, injector and cold start-up injector devi
ces.
Two. Pump structure and working principle
The electric fuel pump in modern cars'fuel injection system has two types: internal and external. the pump type w
hich is installed inside the tank called internal , another is installed on the trail for oil tank.
The internal pumps, Due to the pump in the fuel oil, pump in, when the fuel pumps pump,oil continuously throug
h the pumps,and motor brush, bearing components on fuel for cooling. So the electric gasoline pumps in use need to p
revent tank operate without oil, avoid to damage pumps.
Three. Trouble-shooting and maintenance
1 pump does not work
a. control circuit. b. plug and male tab no contact. c. no electricity.
2 no oil or insufficient pressure
a. oil pip jam. b. the long-term use of pump mesh is blocked. c. pump wear
3 pump reversal
a. control circuit. b. cylinder body reversal
4 pump lock
a. the turbine has foreign body. B. bad oil, cause rotor corrosion. c. oil tank burnt(no oil)
5 no pressure in the pump
a. one-way valve bodies have entered the pump. b. loose ends.
6 engine stalled
In the environment of high temperature, the fuel oil occurs gas resistance, make engine difficult to start-up or cut,
when the temperature drops, namely gasoline will return to normal.
Four: Gasoline
Check:whether a fuel gauge is in baseline.
Notice:Do oil your car before the fuel gauge is in baseline.
Five: refuel
Check:every few days, clear the oil meter ,wipe again, then inserted in the oil and see whether liquid level between
upper and lower limitation.
Notice:generally speaking, oil consumption is not serious, enough to spend two maintenance cycle, but in summer, due to the hot weather, oil consumption will be higher than usual. If in the daily inspection found in impurities or oil an
d smoke appears pale blue, presents engine with problem, abnormal wear parts, youmay need to enter the servicing de
pot.
Six: Speed tank
Check:when you change the engine oil, check your speed tank. Due to checking process is complicated, so please
service department to handle. In order to measure accurately, make the car in nil gear, and parked on a flat, and oil nee
ds to be the 800 ~930C working temperature.
Notice:the oil too much or too little, may damage the gearbox.Too much oil may cause excessive resistance, or the
engine that transmission oil and blister metamorphic parts not normal wear .So when you check the speed tank,make
s
ure measuring precision.
Seven: Direction of oil
Check:when the engine cooling down, then wipe clean top spin,take out oil covered with no fiber clean towel to
w
ipe clean oil, then ruler, lock installed , then inspect the level of oil meter.
Notice:filling or replace oil, must use the correct direction of power, or can lead to damage .
